Terms of Service
The agreement for using Theta Plus
Last updated May 17, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Theta Plus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Theta Plus, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; taxes may apply based on your location.
Refunds, where offered, follow the policy described at checkout or communicated to you. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
Acceptable use
Do not share or resell your account, attempt to access other users’ data, scrape or bulk-download content, reverse-engineer the service, or redistribute practice content. Use Theta Plus for your own legitimate study.
Intellectual property
The platform, its content, and its question banks are owned by Theta Plus or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own study. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve the product.
Educational disclaimer and trademarks
Theta Plus is a study and practice tool. We do not guarantee any particular test score, grade, or admission outcome. Standardized test names and trademarks (for example, SAT® and ACT®) are the property of their respective owners. Theta Plus is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organizations.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theta Plus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Theta Plus operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Set your specific governing jurisdiction here before a public launch.)
